With over twenty years’ experience in theatre, commercial street and Ballroom & Latin American dance, Honor has competed, choreographed and taught all over the UK, Europe and the United States.
Previous dance credits include work for UK girlband FUNtastic!, music videos for DJ Pinkz, Danny Fontaine & Calvin Harris, and choreography for upcoming 2016 British motion picture ‘Dad’s Army.’
Honor has taught in various stage schools across the South-East, to adults and children of all ages in both group and one-to-one coaching in musical theatre, street dance and acting.
She spent six years teaching social dancing and choreographing for one of the number one Ballroom and Latin schools in London, also competing internationally in ‘Pro-Am competitions’ with her colleagues and students.
Honor worked as a professional on independent channel Manoto One’s New Year dance competition special, where she was runner-up with her TV presenter partner. She also appeared as a featured dancer on 2014’s ‘The People’s Strictly’ for Comic Relief on the BBC.
Honor began choreographing in her teenage years, and after cutting her teeth on school productions and contributing to her end-of-year graduate performance at Central, she has since been lucky to work on an incredibly varied range of projects.
From music videos for emerging artists to pop group concert routines, regional and Edinburgh Fringe Festival theatre productions, to corporate dance performances and fashion shows for large London organisations, there is nothing Honor cannot turn her hand to and deliver the best possible results for her clients.
Honor has also worked on a plethora of musical theatre productions over the last ten years, her award-winning choreography incorporating dance styles as diverse as jazz, ballroom, rock and roll, pas-de-deux and solo work, as well as large ensemble pieces.
Previous choreography credits include Return to the Forbidden Planet, Andrew Lippa’s The Wild Party, Jason Robert Brown’s Songs for A New World, Sweet Charity, and most recently, the London amateur premiere of Andrew Lloyd-Webber’s acclaimed Sunset Boulevard.

Street, lyrical Hip-Hop and Commercial are Honor’s strongest passions in her world of dance, progressive and high-energy genres which she has been teaching and performing in for over ten years.
Honor choreographed the dancers and models for Warwick University’s annual Fashion Show whilst she was there. This led to one of her proudest moments, choreographing a select group of the University’s dancers for the West Midlands’ Battle of the Dances, where she received high choreographic praise and a runner-up position for her crew from the judging panel.
Graduating in Acting Musical Theatre with Honours from Central two years later, Honor worked and performed across the South-East for institutions such as Stagecoach, Step On Stage Academy and Thames Valley International Summer School, and most recently as a commercial street specialist at one of the top Ballroom & Latin schools in London.
Honor is a certified Bokwa Dance Fitness Instructor, in Levels 1, 2 , 3, and Bokwa Tone & Core. She is one of an exclusive group who were educated in Bokwa when the program held its first training sessions in the UK in 2011, trained by the creator himself, Paul Mavi.

Honor has since taught various regular classes, master classes and workshops across London, including special trials for writers of publications such as ‘Woman & Home’ and ‘The Sun’.
She has assisted in training new instructors at Certifications, and was offered the honour of being one of a handful of instructors shortlisted to become a UK Master Bokwa Trainer, who have the ability to run masterclasses and officially represent the Bokwa brand.
