Honor is a professional Ballroom & Latin American Dancer, competing until she was 21, and is now also an experienced IDTA Associate Level Instructor in both Ballroom & Latin American styles.

Honor also trained in Acting & Musical Theatre at London's Central School of Speech & Drama, working consistently since then in television, film, and theatre as a dancer, actress and choreographer all over the UK and internationally.

She has danced with the "Strictly" family on numerous occasions, including on their flagship P&O Strictly Come Dancing cruises, and most notably appeared in Netflix's Bridgerton as both a dancer and assistant to the choreographer. Honor recently provided ballroom choreography for Sky's forthcoming 2026 feature film "Flavia", starring Martin Freeman.

Honor has taught social dancing, wedding dance choreography, competitive dance couples and theatre artists for over 15 years at prestigious venues including Karen Hardy Studios, Pineapple Dance Studios, and for P&O Cruise Lines, as well as various locations across London and the South-East. She prides herself on making your lessons comfortable, fun and working steadily at your pace to help you achieve your goals.

"Honor is the ONE. When my husband and I wanted to do our wedding dance to a bit of an unconventional song pick (read: Jamiroquai), Honor rose to the occasion. I think within two sessions, we officially had the full thing choreographed and were so stoked with it. "Grace Incarnate"

"Honor choreographed a showdance for us to perform at a competition in Paris - in front of a glittering array of world champion judges. Unfazed, she created a quiet, delicate, and really quite beautiful Viennese Waltz that I tried very hard to do justice. It went really well! So much so that we performed it again a few times in London. It was great fun learning with her - she is uncommonly insightful, and has endless reserves of calm, no matter how many times you fail at a fleckerl.

I also danced with her at various Pro-Am competitions around the world. Such competitions are somewhat overwhelming for newbies, but Honor easily navigated the labyrinthine requirements - always getting me to the right place at the right time. One memorable time in Paris we were merged into the Gold category, and ended up dancing against serious competitors who outclassed me in every respect. This could easily have been demoralising, but ended up being extremely entertaining once Honor pointed out that we could just relax and enjoy it, and these people could get out of our way. So we did! Such chill perspective is a superpower in such situations.

Honor is a wonderful dancer, teacher and choreographer, as well as an amazing human being. It's not fair on the rest of us, really. She is grace incarnate: the queen of the Viennese Waltz and a doyenne of the Charleston. There's always a pleasing glint of mischief in her eye, too. Do yourself a favour and ask her to teach you to dance - you won't regret it."

Everything You Need to Know

Pricing varies depending on the type of lesson (private, group, or wedding choreography) and your chosen lesson location. I offer single lessons, and larger packages of lessons which come with a discount. Please get in touch for a personalized quote tailored to your specific needs and goals.

It really depends on how complex a choreography you would like - we can do anything from a few basic moves to your chosen song, to a fully-choreographed routine! I would recommend at least 2-3 ideally at a minimum, but we can always adjust as we go along. Please get in touch with any questions!

I usually teach from Dance Attic in Fulham, South West London, but I can potentially come to a location convenient for you, at an additional cost. I can also offer in-home lessons if you have suitable space. We can discuss options and see what works best for you.

I am freelance, so I will always do my best to work around your schedule and requirements. I teach during the day, weekday evenings and weekends, all subject to studio availability. If you give me convenient dates and times, we can take it from there.

Clothing-wise, please just wear something you are comfortable moving in - in terms of footwear, dance shoes are ideal, but clean trainers or smooth-soled shoes work well too. Please ask me for preferred options.

For wedding couples, it's helpful to practise in your wedding shoes once you have them. However to save them getting damaged, for gents a leather-soled office shoe, and for ladies a similar-sized heel work just as well for practice. Don't forget to bring water!

Yes! While in-person lessons are ideal, I do offer online coaching via video call for those who prefer remote learning or are located outside of London. This works particularly well for couples who want to practice choreography or receive feedback on their progress. Or if you fancy an at-home workout in your living room, some Latin-based dance fitness is easily accessible with me online.

Absolutely! I work with students of all levels, from complete beginners to advanced dancers. However the majority of people I teach, whether it's wedding couples, actors in TV and film or social dancers, are all starting from scratch. I will tailor your classes to your abilities and needs, going at your individual pace. Whatever it is you are working towards, I will help you achieve it in a fun, relaxed way!
